Boost your GREENS intake the easy way! Greens Smoothies are not only delicious but they’re also great for you! Here are a few of my favorites!

 

1. Pineapple Paradise Greens Smoothie:

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 smooth avocado-ripe
  • 2 cups pineapple chunk, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

*Blend and enjoy*

2. Weight Loss Pineapple Greens Smoothie:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 avacado
  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • juice from lemon
  • 1 cup ice

**blend and enjoy**

3. Orange Pineapple Greens Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Chobani Green Yogurt, Vanilla
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Orange, peeled
  • 1 Banana (the riper the better)
  • 1 cup Pineapple, cut
  • 1-3 cups ice, optional

Full disclosure: To get the smoothest, creamiest smoothie without pieces of spinach, a high-powered blender is recommended. The two major players here are Blendtec and Vitamix. I belong to Team Vitamix but I’m sure the Blendtec is just lovely! Since buying my Vitamix I seriously have used it almost every single day. For me, it was worth the price of admission (it’s great for lots of other recipes too)
