If you believe in the phrase “you are what you think” then you know that all of your life’s experiences stem from your inner thoughts.

We cannot rely purely on thoughts though. We must translate thoughts into words and actions in order to manifest our true intentions.

This truth means that we have to be extremely careful with our words, choosing to speak and think only thoughts which work toward our benefit and cultivate our highest good. The words that we throw out into the universe come right back to us like boomerangs.

We do truly bring about what we think about. It’s a universal law.


One way you can keep your thoughts on check is by using affirmations.

Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we believe that anything is possible!

Affirmations strengthen us by helping us believe in the potential of an action we desire to manifest. When we verbally affirm our dreams and ambitions, we are instantly empowered with a deep sense of reassurance that our wishful words will become reality.

Ive studied these truths and have tested them out in my own personal life and since doing so I’ve experienced a complete change in the quality or my life, my relationships and attaining and reaching my goals.


I began my journey with affirmations in the late fall of 2010 when the CEO of my company suggested that I read the book, The Power By Rhonda Byrne. My entire perspective on my life and my experiences completely shifted after reading that book. I then had even more confirmation after I started seeing a life coach who also was a huge advocate for positive affirmations. She would have me rewrite my destiny by turning my negative thoughts into positive affirmations.
